Privacy Policy and User Agreement for Draw+
A Kids Drawing and Color-by-Numbers Application

This Privacy Policy and User Agreement governs the use of the Draw+ mobile application. Use of the App constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
Draw+ is a children-focused drawing, coloring, and color-by-number application. It operates entirely on-device. No data is collected, transmitted, analyzed, or shared.
Data Collection and Storage
The App does not collect, store, transmit, or process personal data. All drawings, color progress, saved images, and settings remain local to the user’s device. No information is uploaded to servers, cloud services, third-party platforms, analytics providers, or advertising networks. No identifiers, usage logs, or background data are generated.
User Control
Users maintain complete control over their drawings and any saved content. All data created by the App is stored on the device in standard iOS application storage. Deleting the App removes all stored content. No remote backups, syncing, or exports occur unless initiated manually by the user through device-level features.
Purpose and Limitations
Draw+ provides a drawing canvas, coloring tools, color-by-number images, and related creative features. It does not include networking, social features, messaging, online content, or external communication. The App does not interact with external services, platforms, or user accounts.
What Draw+ Does Not Do
The App does not track user behavior, log actions, collect metrics, run advertisements, share data, analyze activity, store personal information, request account access, or communicate with external servers. It does not include in-app purchases, third-party SDKs, or embedded trackers.
No Warranties
The App is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind. Patriarch One LLC makes no guarantees regarding performance, availability, stability, or functionality. Users assume full responsibility for verifying saved drawings, device storage availability, and any creative work generated within the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Patriarch One LLC disclaims liability for all damages, including but not limited to loss of drawings, device errors, software conflicts, compatibility issues, storage corruption, or unintended behavior caused by iOS updates or device conditions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, for the App.
No Data Sharing
Draw+ does not share, send, or expose user data to third parties. No analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or external services are integrated. All App operations occur exclusively on-device.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining secure device access, monitoring child usage, managing device storage, and ensuring appropriate use. Users must comply with relevant device-level parental controls and platform policies.
Eligibility
The App is intended for children with parental oversight. By using the App, the supervising parent or guardian affirms compliance with applicable laws and platform age requirements.
Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes relating to the App must be handled exclusively in California courts.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patriarch One LLC from claims arising from App usage, device security, or violations of this Agreement.
Force Majeure
Patriarch One LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its control, including system outages, iOS changes, or device malfunctions.
Changes to the Agreement
This Agreement may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the latest version. The most current Agreement will be available within the App or through official channels.

By using Draw+, you acknowledge this Agreement, understand that the App collects no data, accept responsibility for device security and content created within the App, and release Patriarch One LLC from liability related to App usage.
