This Privacy Policy and User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the DueBill mobile application (“App”) developed and owned by Patriarch One LLC. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Agreement in full.
DueBill is a personal finance utility application designed solely to help users organize and manage their bill payments through local tools and reminders. It is not a financial service provider or payment processor.
- Data Collection and Storage
All data entered into the App by the user—including bill names, due dates, amounts, categories, notes, and receipt images—is stored exclusively on the user’s device. No data is transmitted, shared, or uploaded to external servers, third-party platforms, or cloud services. Usage data related to how features are accessed or configured is also stored locally to enhance on-device performance. - Data Responsibility and User Control
Users have full control over their information. The App provides tools to view, edit, delete, and export user-entered data. Users may also configure local notifications and bill categories. The security, accuracy, and maintenance of all data—including timely backups, accurate entry, and personal device protection—are entirely the user’s responsibility. - Purpose and Limitations
DueBill is provided strictly as a personal organizational tool to track user-inputted bill information. It does not process or submit payments. It does not guarantee payment success, prevent financial penalties, or provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The App relies solely on the information entered by the user and does not verify its accuracy. - No Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Patriarch One LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, completeness, or availability of any features, calculations, or alerts. Users are advised to independently verify all financial obligations and not rely solely on the App. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriarch One LLC and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to late payments, financial penalties, missed bills, loss of data, device failure, or third-party disputes. In no event shall Patriarch One LLC’s total liability exceed the amount paid, if any, for the App. - No Data Sharing
DueBill does not share user data with third parties. There is no third-party analytics, advertising tracking, or data collection within the App. All data remains local, and no external access is permitted or supported. - User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information entered, maintaining up-to-date records, securing their devices, and complying with their financial obligations. It is the user’s duty to confirm all due dates, payment confirmations, and schedules outside of the App. - Notifications and Alerts
The App offers optional local reminders for upcoming due dates. Notification delivery depends on device settings and user permissions. Patriarch One LLC is not responsible for failed or missed alerts due to system settings, user actions, or device issues. - Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you affirm that you meet this requirement and that all information entered is your own or is used with proper authorization. - Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within California. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in California and waive any rights to class action lawsuits. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Patriarch One LLC, its owners, officers, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the App, your data, or any violation of this Agreement. - Force Majeure
Patriarch One LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or platform outages. - Changes to the Agreement
This Agreement may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any changes. The most current version will always be available in the App or via official channels. - Contact

By using DueBill, you affirm that you understand and agree to this Privacy Policy and User Agreement, acknowledge that the App is provided as-is with no guarantees, accept full responsibility for the accuracy and security of your data, and release Patriarch One LLC from all liability related to your use of the App.
