Privacy Policy and User Agreement for

This Privacy Policy and User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the TabVibe mobile application ("App") developed and owned by Patriarch One LLC. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Agreement in full.

TabVibe is a privacy-first social media browser application designed to provide unified access to 14 different social media platforms through a single, secure interface. It is not a social media platform itself and does not modify, intercept, or interfere with your social media experience.

Data Collection and Storage

All data generated by the App—including scroll positions, video playback positions, session states, login credentials, usage analytics, platform preferences, and settings—is stored exclusively on the user's device using secure iOS storage mechanisms including UserDefaults and iOS Keychain. No data is transmitted, shared, or uploaded to external servers, third-party platforms, or cloud services. Session analytics and usage data are stored locally to enhance app performance and user experience.

Data Responsibility and User Control

Users have complete control over their information. The App provides tools to view, edit, delete, and clear all user data including session data, credentials, and settings. Users may configure session timeout periods (1 hour to 1 week), enable or disable haptic feedback, and manage platform access. The security, accuracy, and maintenance of all data—including device security, credential protection, and data backups—are entirely the user's responsibility.

Purpose and Limitations

TabVibe is provided strictly as a privacy-focused browser tool to access social media platforms in a unified interface. The App uses WebKit-based browsing for 5 platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube) and Safari integration for 9 platforms (X, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Tumblr, Medium, Mastodon, Nextdoor, Truth Social). TabVibe does not process payments, send notifications, post content, or interact with platforms on your behalf. The App relies on your direct interaction with each platform's official website.

What TabVibe Does NOT Do

TabVibe does not: send push notifications or alerts; collect, store, or transmit user data to external servers; monitor, analyze, or track browsing activity; perform background network requests when closed; communicate with TabVibe servers; add friends, post content, or send messages on your behalf; charge fees or process payments; modify platform content or functionality; or provide social networking features.

No Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Patriarch One LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, completeness, or availability of any features, scroll position memory, video position restoration, session management, or platform access. Users are advised to independently verify all platform interactions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriarch One LLC and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to lost session data, platform access issues, device performance problems, data loss, security breaches, or third-party platform disputes. In no event shall Patriarch One LLC's total liability exceed the amount paid, if any, for the App.

No Data Sharing

TabVibe does not share user data with third parties. There is no third-party analytics, advertising tracking, or external data collection within the App. All session data, credentials, and usage analytics remain local to your device. Widget data sharing occurs only between the main app and its widget extension on the same device.

User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of entered credentials, maintaining secure device access, protecting stored login information, managing session timeouts appropriately, and complying with each social media platform's terms of service. Users must secure their devices and are responsible for all activity conducted through the App.

Session Management and Security
The App provides configurable session timeout periods and secure credential storage using iOS Keychain. Users control session duration and data clearing preferences. Automatic audio management prevents unwanted media playback. Session data may be cleared automatically based on user preferences or when the app is terminated.

Widget Integration

TabVibe includes widget functionality that displays usage analytics. All widget data is shared locally between the main app and widget extension using iOS App Groups. No external data transmission occurs for widget functionality.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you affirm that you meet this requirement and comply with all applicable social media platform age restrictions and terms of service.

Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within California. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in California and waive any rights to class action lawsuits.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Patriarch One LLC, its owners, officers, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the App, your platform interactions, credential security, or any violation of this Agreement.

Platform Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with each social media platform's individual terms of service, privacy policies, and usage guidelines. TabVibe serves only as a browser interface and does not modify or override platform policies.

Force Majeure

Patriarch One LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, platform outages, iOS updates, or device compatibility issues.

Changes to the Agreement

This Agreement may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any changes. The most current version will always be available in the App or via official channels.

By using TabVibe, you affirm that you understand and agree to this Privacy Policy and User Agreement, acknowledge that the App is provided as a browser tool with no platform guarantees, accept full responsibility for your device security and platform interactions, and release Patriarch One LLC from all liability related to your use of the App and social media platforms accessed through it.
